1)   Informing the Board about EFPA's meeting that was held on 22nd of June about feedback on Workplans. The meeting was announced to the Workplace of EFPA every member of the Board was welcomed to join. The main points that were discussed at EFPA’s meeting are the following according to the minutes of the meeting:

§  The summary of the Workplans will be approved by the EFPA groups before 29 July 2020.

§  The workplans are corrected in accordance with the comments made by the EFPA Executive Council,

§  The summary of the workplans and the final versions of the workplans will be uploaded to a special dedicated Workplace group

§  Communication procedures and guidelines for press releases and statements need to be clarified (by Executive Council and Headoffice) to ensure faster processing.

§  Scientific articles and conference presentations are considered as deliverables, then the findings are presented in a short and clear form e.g. a recommendation, referencing the main source.

§  Interim Progress Report form has to be filled in after each meeting.

The members of the Board were informed about these changes and a discussion regarding these new procedures followed.

2)                  Participation of the Board to the Corona Survey Project EUCLID on risk perceptions and behaviors of Prof. Britta Renner at University of Konstanz. The project is in full progress and the leading team informed participants that they are collecting data in 11 different languages and EUCLID webpage (euclid.dbvis.de) is growing with more than 28.000 data sets collected. Each participant can have access to his/her country data and is welcomed to prepare a data report. Also, there is an updated version of the questionnaire and if the participants are interested they can adopt this new version.

3) The survey of members of the BPP for European governmental policy response to promote health and well-being related to COVID-19 pandemic. The survey will contribute to the development of a position paper and will provide backup information for the toolkit. Nevertheless, the collection of data seems to be a very effortful procedure and a new deadline has been set. Our EFPA Liaison Eleni Karagianni is supporting Board’s efforts to this direction.

4) Progress on the toolkit - next steps. On EFPA Workplace there is a special unit regarding the toolkit. Outlines have been uploaded by Evita, Vitaly, and Andreas and Vitaly is going to take role of the coordinator of this effort together with the Convenor to develop the toolkit according to the needs and challenges that will arise in September.

5)                  Group for BPP's website information. It is proposed to have a member as responsible for updating the information at the site of EFPA. Irena had this role as Margarida mentioned. At a future meeting the Convenor will ask again if any member is interested to contribute to this effort.
